Common questions

How do I request a free estimate?

Use the estimate form on this site or call (626) 660-6843. Tell us the address, roof type, and what you are seeing, and we will follow up to arrange a look at the roof.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Inclusive Roofing holds a C-39 Roofing CSLB license #1145966. You can verify any California contractor license on the CSLB website (https://www.cslb.ca.gov/consumers/hire-a-contractor/).

How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?

If damage is local and the rest of the roof is sound, repair is often enough. If leaks return, the surface is failing broadly, or the layer underneath is worn out, replacement deserves a look. See our repair vs. replacement guide.

My tile roof leaks but the tile looks fine. Why?

Tile sheds most water, but the underlayment beneath is the waterproofing layer. When that layer ages, leaks appear even with good-looking tile. A tile reset addresses it without new tile.

Where do you work?

We serve 44 cities and communities across San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County and Ventura County, including West Hills, Woodland Hills, Encino, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Ventura. See the full list on our service areas page.
